This property was renovated to have cathedral ceilings in the kitchen. 

This home needed major rehab when we purchased it from the seller. We had to gut the entire house, and redo everything, including siding, roof, electrical, flooring etc. 

We purchased this home from a seller who needed the money fast to get out of his home. We were able to make an offer price that worked for his situation and purchase the home. We then started the renovation.
